Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

    • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    • Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition of Products:
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
    • Items with a “No Return” tag are not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Set Integrity:
    • Partial returns are allowed but garment sets must remain intact.
  4. Refunds and Exchanges:
    • Only applicable for items with genuine defects or wrong deliveries.
    • Exchange is allowed only for products of the same or higher value.

Return and Exchange Process

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement:
    • Please record an unboxing video of your package, as it will serve as valid proof for any refunds or claims in case of disputes.
  2. Pickup Service:
    • A return pickup service is available for select locations. During pickup:
      • Properly pack the product but keep the package unsealed for a quick inspection.
      • Our team will verify the product at pickup and conduct a thorough quality check later.
  3. Self-Shipping:
    • If pickup is unavailable, customers can return the item to the address below at their own expense. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • In the rare case that an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you within 2 working days. Customers can opt for a substitute product or a full refund.
